Privacy Policy

Splitline is a sports arbitrage alerting service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: support@splitline.us.

Account information — email address, and phone number if you enable SMS alerts.

Preferences you enter — your state, which sportsbooks you hold accounts at, your bankroll figure, stake rounding, alert thresholds and quiet hours.

Activity you record — bets you choose to log in the ledger, including stakes and outcomes.

Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch Splitline servers; we store only a customer reference and subscription status.

Technical data — standard log data such as IP address and browser type.

⚠️ We never ask for, receive, or store your sportsbook credentials. Splitline has no access to your betting accounts and cannot place, modify or settle bets. Your bankroll figure is a number you type in so we can size suggested stakes — it is not linked to any account balance.

To deliver alerts, size stakes to your bankroll, show your board and ledger, process subscriptions, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Twilio — to deliver SMS alerts (your phone number and message content).

Stripe — to process payments.

Supabase — authentication and account storage.

Each is a service provider acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep account data while your account is open. Alert and ledger history is retained so your bankroll and results stay accurate. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing support. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach affecting your personal data as required by law.

Splitline is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
