Terms of Service

Splitline is an information service. We monitor publicly available odds at sportsbooks and notify you when prices across two books imply an arbitrage opportunity, with suggested stakes sized to a bankroll figure you provide.

⚠️ Splitline is not a sportsbook, broker, or financial adviser. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets. Every bet is placed by you, in your own accounts, at your own discretion and risk.

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal and where the sportsbooks you use are licensed. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

⚠️ An alert is not a promise. Figures shown are projections calculated from the odds observed at the moment we detected the opportunity, using rounded stakes. Actual results can differ because:

• odds move, often within minutes or seconds of an alert;

• a sportsbook may limit, reduce or refuse your stake, particularly on longshot legs;

• a sportsbook may void or grade a bet under its own house rules, and two books may settle the same event differently;

• you may place only one side of a pair, which leaves you with an unhedged bet.

You accept these risks. You can lose money using Splitline.

Verify current odds at the sportsbook before placing any bet. Keep your bankroll figure accurate. Comply with each sportsbook's own terms — Splitline is not responsible if a book limits or closes your account.

Splitline Pro is $40 per month after a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy.

Do not resell, redistribute or scrape Splitline data, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service to break any sportsbook's terms or any law.

We aim for continuous coverage but do not guarantee it. Scanning can be interrupted, alerts can be delayed or undelivered, and sportsbooks can change or restrict their public data without notice.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splitline is not liable for lost profits, lost bets, limited or closed sportsbook accounts, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Splitline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, BetRivers or any other sportsbook. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
