Refund Policy

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable, because the service is delivered continuously throughout the period.

We will refund in full if you were charged after cancelling, if a billing error occurred, or if a prolonged outage meant the service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of the period. Email support@splitline.us within 30 days of the charge.

⚠️ We cannot refund betting losses, bets that a sportsbook limited, voided or graded against you, or opportunities that closed before you placed them. Those are outside our control — see our Terms.
